• Order details — the companion's name, dates, photo references, and engraving text you provide
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number

• To create, proof, and ship your engraved piece
• To send order confirmations, proofs for approval, and shipping updates
• To respond to your questions and provide support
• To prevent fraud and process refunds
• To improve our products and website

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information
• We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in
• We do not track you across other websites
• We do not use your companion's story or photos for advertising without your written consent

How long we keep your data

We retain order records for as long as needed to provide service (replacements, warranties, support) and to meet legal and tax obligations — typically 7 years. You can request deletion of your data at any time, except where we're legally required to keep it.

We use essential cookies (to remember your order progress) and analytics cookies (to understand traffic sources). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Our analytics and advertising tools include:
