How long does it take to make and ship?
Most pieces ship within 5-7 business days of proof approval. 48-hour engraving rush is available if you need it sooner. Heavy granite ships securely crated and may take an extra day.
Do I get to see a proof before you engrave?
Always. We send you a preview of exactly what we'll engrave — spelling, dates, layout, everything. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
What is the QR tribute page?
Every piece comes with a QR code engraved on the back (or bottom) that links to a private web page for your companion — their photo, dates, and a message from you. The page is hosted at no additional cost and not indexed by search engines.
What if I don't have all the details yet?
That's fine. You can start with just a name. We'll reach out to help you choose the right piece and add dates, photos, and wording when you're ready. No pressure, no rush.
Can you engrave for any animal?
Dogs, cats, birds, horses, reptiles, fish, small mammals — if they were family, they're family to us. We engrave tributes for every companion, without exception.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping within the US: $10 for small keepsakes (rocks, slate tiles), $18 for markers and medium pieces, and $35 for heavy granite that ships crated. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is custom-engraved with your companion's name and dates, we can't accept returns on completed work. But you approve the proof before we engrave, so there are no surprises. If something arrives damaged, we'll replace it.
Buying for someone who's hurting?
You don't need their pet's photo or dates to get started. Place an order in their name, and we'll reach out to help them choose the right piece and add the personal details when they're ready. Sometimes the kindest thing is simply letting them know you remembered too.
