How long does it take to make and ship?
Most pieces ship within 5-7 business days of proof approval. 48-hour engraving rush is available. Heavy granite ships securely crated.
Do I get to see a proof before you engrave?
Always. We send a preview of exactly what we'll engrave. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
What is the QR tribute page?
Every piece has a QR code linking to a private web page for your companion — photo, dates, and a message. The page stays online forever at no cost.
Can you engrave for any animal?
Dogs, cats, birds, horses, reptiles, fish — if they were family, they're family to us. Every companion, without exception.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate US shipping: $10 for small keepsakes, $18 for markers, $35 for heavy granite. Exact amount shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Custom-engraved pieces can't be returned, but you approve the proof before engraving. Damaged items will be replaced. See our refund policy for details.
