We hand-engrave their name and dates, then gold-fill the lettering so it catches the light without looking flashy. If you want a short line — a nickname, “forever our good boy,” or a date that mattered — we can include that within the space the stone allows. Before anything is carved, you approve a proof. Your first revision is free.
