Frequently asked questions
What is a personalized pet memorial stone?
A hand-engraved stone made to honor the companion you lost. Each piece is engraved by hand with their name, dates, and a short message. Every stone includes a QR code that links to a permanent tribute page at no extra cost.
What materials are the stones made from?
We offer two materials: natural black river stone and granite. Black river stones are smooth and ideal for keepsakes. Granite is heavier and weather-resistant, designed for outdoor placement in a garden or at a gravesite.
Can the stone be placed outdoors?
Yes. Our slate and granite markers are designed to weather beautifully in a garden or at a gravesite. The engraving is permanent and will not fade.
What does the QR code on the stone do?
Each stone includes a QR code that links to a permanent tribute page — a private online space where you and others can share memories, photos, and stories. The page stays online forever, with no subscription and nothing to renew.
Can I request changes to the engraving?
Yes. We send a proof before engraving, and your first revision is free. We'd rather get it right than get it done.
